Keeping in mind that the technology for developing a premium hydraulic vegetable oil has only been available a short time, we proceeded to formulate Hydro Safe® to provide for exceptional lubricity for the purpose of extending the life expectancy of hydraulic component parts. Since there is an inherent advantage of vegetable oil over petroleum oil, identified as Viscosity Index (VI Index), which essentially is double that of corresponding petroleum oil. The viscosity is not nearly as affected by oil temperature changes as the petroleum counterpart. This allows a more stable viscosity and subsequently, substantially improved stable equipment operation.

Hydro Safe® has met or exceeded all of the appropriate ASTM tests required for hydraulic fluids. One big advantage of Hydro Safe is the oxidative stability. Under Robotic Bomb Test ASTM Test D-2272, you will note on the Product Data Sheets that Hydro Safe® tested at 165 minutes , which we believe is at least double that of any of competitors based upon our knowledge of competitive products at this time. The longer the minutes the less the product has a tendency to degrade.
